PROVISIONS FOR TRANSFORMATION AND INSTALLATION FOR OTHER TYPES OF
GAS
All of our appliances are inspected and set up for liquid gas (see the data plate at page 2).
Any transformation or adaptation to other types of gas must be carried out only by a skilled technician. Nozzles for the various
types of gas are contained in the small bag supplied and are marked in hundredths of mm (see Specification table).
REPLACING THE BURNER INJECTOR (Fig.3)
Remove the pot-stands, the burners and the trays, and with a suitable spanner substitute the nozzles (5) with the correct ones.
Adjust the primary air flow (h) by blocking screw and the corresponding nut (7) (see the Technical Specifications Table). After
making the adjustment, replace the screw and nut, and adjust thr minimum flame by turning screw (8) to the left or right
until reaching a thermal power value of 1,2 kW for 3,5 kW burners and 1,8 kW for 5,5 kW burners.
Note:
For operation with liquid gas, the minimum flame regulating screw (7) must be tightly blocked.
Important!
After transformation to another type of gas, the data plate specifications must also be changed to the type of gas for which
the appliance is now set up.
CHECKING APPLIANCE OPERATION
• Instructions for use are supplied with the appliance.
• Check for any gas leaks.
• Check ignition and verify the burner flame is regular.
• The appliance should always be used according to the instructions supplied.
MAINTENANCE
With prolonged use it is necessary to carry out regular maintenance on the appliance to ensure safe operation. To this end,
a maintenance contract is recommended. The maintenance must be carried out only by skilled technicians who are familiar
with the standards of the country where the appliance is installed, as well as the manufacturer's instructions.
