Configuring the system remotely

Record menu

To configure the record menu:

Click

 REMOTE CONFIG>Record

.

Configure the following:

• 

Channel

: Select the channel that you want to apply the settings to.

• 

Record

: Select Enable or Disable to start or stop the channel from recording.

• 

Pack Duration

: Select the duration you want each saved file to be (for example, every file can 

be 15 minutes long).

• 

Record Mode

: Select from "Time Schedule" recording, or "Continuous" recording. If you select 

"Time Schedule", click the Schedule Setup button to configure the recording times.

• 

Audio

: Enable or disable system audio.

• 

Frame Rate

: Select from "Fixed" or "Manual" frame rate.

• 

Record Setup> Frame Rate

:Enter the desired system frame rate.

• 

Quality

: Select the video recording quality. Choose from "Best", "Better" or "Good".

• 

Resolution

: Select the resolution type. Choose from "CIF", "HD1", or "D1".

Save

 to apply your settings.
