Magnets
The magnetic central charging port, the contact to the rear carrier and the charging plug contains
magnets.
4.7. Troubleshooting
•
LongCo does not work at all
:
o
C
he
ck if the battery is fully charged (Check the OLED Display, at least one Battery must be
“ON”)
o
Turn on the Battery again (short push on the right button)
o
There is only one battery and no empty case. The LongCo has the Discharge Pin protection,
means it can be only turned on if all battery brackets have a battery or empty case installed
o
Check if the batteries are fixed well in the bracket. Try to remove and reinstall them again.
•
LongCo is switched on but does not run
:
o
Check if the brake light is on or the „R“ Lamp on the TFT display is activated. If yes, then the
electric switch at the right lever may be activated or is stuck in the "on" position on one of
the brake levers.
•
Rear/ Brake-Light, Horn or Rear Blinker is not working
:
o
Remove the rear carrier and check, if the electrical contact at the connection carrier to
frame is clean and now small metallic pars are sucked in by the magnets.
o
Check if the Carrier is installed well and pushed all the way forward. Try to remove the carrier
again and install it back.
•
The All-Wheel Drive is not Working
:
o
Check in the Setup, if the Motor 2/3 Setting is set to ON.
o
At least two batteries must be “ON”
o
In Low Voltage Mode (Load Voltage smaller 42V) the All-Wheel Drive is turned off
•
Noise from the Brake Disc
:
o
Check if the brake caliper is aligned correctly.
o
Check if the brake pads are not worn out.
o
Check if the brake disc is bent.
