5.5.4 Disassembling the injection-pumps

1 - Remove the fuel rail (F).

Important

Make sura that the injector gaskets remain
in position.

2 - Unhook the spring (L).

Important

If injector pumps are to be used during
installation, do not loosen the screws (LI)
in order to not balance injector pump
deliveries during tuning.

3 - Unscrew the screws (M).

4 - Remove the connecting rod (M1).

5 - Dismount the injection-pumps (N).

5.5.5 Disassembling precombustion

chamber

1 - Disconnect the electric cable (P).

2 - Remove the preheating glow plugs (Q).

3 - Unscrew the ring nut (R) using the special

pin wrench “7107-1460-027”.
