Guardian Alert 911

If Your Phone System is VoIP:
Guardian Alert 911 will work well on most Voice Over IP systems, (VoIP,)
which send voice over the internet. You must plug the Guardian Alert 911
into the special VoIP analog telephone modem (or router) you use for your
home phones. If you are not sure about this, consult your VoIP provider.
If Your Home Has DSL:
If your home has DSL service for your computer, you will need to use a DSL
filter in line with the Guardian Alert 911 OR IT WILL NOT WORK. This
filter can be obtained from a local electronics supplier or your DSL service
provider. See the example image of a DSL filter below.
