The Pinch Valve requires no special care.
6.1
Cleaning
The Pinch Valve together with the product feedline must be cleaned:
– Before longer periods of non-use.
– When changing the type of product.
– When curing occurs in the Pinch Valve or product feedline that does not lead to shut-off of
the product feedline.
If cleaning agents are not properly handled,
damage to health can result!
• Observe general safety regulations for the handling of chemicals!
• Observe manufacturer’s instructions!
Request a safety data sheet for the LOCTITE-product used!

Recommended cleaning agents for:
– Anaerobic and UV curing adhesives and chip bonder:
Cured adhesives cannot be removed with the solvents that are permitted to be used at the present
time.
Fluid adhesive residues can be removed with various solvents.
Well suited is technical grade clean ACETONE.
– Cyanacrylate adhesives:
The best solvent is technical grade clean ACETONE.

The instructions are to be followed exactly to achieve error-free dispensing with the Pinch Valve after it
has been cleaned.
Preparing the Pinch Valve:
• Place a drip cup under the Pinch Valve
since product and cleaning agent will flow out.
