Disassembling

Pinch Valve with Applicator Pencil
• Remove the pneumatic hose from the actuator
assembly

on the Pinch Valve.
• Remove the actuator assembly

The actuator assembly 7 is under spring
pressure and can suddenly spring out of the
valve assembly 1 when the hexagon socket
set screw 5 is loosened.
• Unscrew the sleeve nut and slide off together with the sealing cone of the product feedline plastic
fitting

Since product remains are still in the feedline, cut off the product feedline 4.
• Pull the product feedline

out of the valve assembly

• Pull the product feedline

out of the Applicator Pencil

• Pull the product feedline

out of the protection tubing

The sleeve nut with the sealing cone and the protection tubing are reused.
