Replacement of the pusher support
Conditions: - Guiding channel open
Procedure :
C
While holding up the support unit,
loosen the fastening screws (H).
C
Pull the support towards the rear in
order to bring it out.
C
Install the support unit (and its
pusher) corresponding to the
installed guiding elements..
C
Ensure that the lock pin is
positioned correctly in the flag.
C
Tighten the fastening screws (H).
C
Put the replacement pusher support
unit on the brackets of the bar
magazine.
3.5 Replacement of the elements
Pushers 7 - 12 mm
On the 10 to 12 mm diameter pushers, the flag is fastened to the body of the pusher with a
headless screw (B). On the 7 mm diameter pusher, all elements are screwed together. To
replace them, first unscrew (1), then take them apart (2).
Pushers 16 - 28 mm
On the 16 to 28 mm diameter pushers, the elements are assembled with pins (A). To replace
them, extract (1) the pins (A), then take them apart (2).
