Note :
The loading
system
includes the
air cylinder
and the
loading
selector.
Note :
For bars
larger than 12
mm in
diameter, the
upper limiter
is superfluous.
2. Place a few bars of the desired diameter on the inclined surface, resting on the fixed
stoppers (E).
Loosen the locking handle (G) of the diameter adjusting device.
3. The loading system moves by setting the set screw (H).
The adjustment should be such that one single bar is grasped when selector (D) is
activated. As indicated below, the selector must be at the center of the bar to be loaded.
Tighten the locking handle (G) of the diameter adjusting device
Lower the upper limiters (A) to obtain a clearance of around 1-mm with the bars
positioned on the inclined surface.
Tighten the locking handles (F).
