3.1.
Connections and operating materials
Operating motor oil
The petrol motor is filled with motor oil by the manufacturer. Only motor oil approved by the
manufacturer may be used. The details and the quality requirements are contained in the
operating manual of the fuel motor
Fuel (VACUUM-WET 100 P)
The petrol motor of the waste water suction must be filled with fuel. The details and the quality
requirements are contained in the operating manual of the fuel motor
Connection of electricity (VACUUM-WET 100 E)
Allowable power source with working voltage of 400V, 16A must be available.
Lubrication points
Moving parts must be lubricated on the lubrication points at regular intervals. The manufacturer
uses a certified heat resistant multi-purpose grease with an Energrease LS2 BP designation.
3.2.
Filling the petrol motor with fuel
Danger!
Highly flammable fuel vapours occur when filling fuel engines, these vapours should not be
breathed in. All flammable sources must be removed before fuelling. Smoking is absolutely
forbidden during this process.
Caution!
When refilling fuel tank, there is a danger of burning due to hot motor parts.
Note
Fuel storage may only be in authorized containers.
The containers must be marked accordingly.
Turn off petrol motor
Open the cover on the petrol motor
Fill fuels through the filter sieve in the opening of the tank
Close the cover on the petrol motor
3.3.
Parking brake
Danger!
In order to secure the waste water suction against rolling away, the parking brake (pos. 5) must
be used after the transport.
The parking brake (Pos. 5) is adjusted by the wheel.
