Grinding machine SBM-XS 300 G1E1 ALU MIX 37

Take the workpiece to be processed and measure material thickness.

Set the measured material thickness using the joystick (see section 5.2.3).

Switch off the main switch of the grinding machine.

Position the workpiece to be processed under the G-unit on the conveyor
belt (4).

Manually turn the grinding belt (3) and adjust it using the hand wheel (2) so
that the grinding belt (3) scratches the surface of the workpiece.

Tighten clamping lever (3).

Remove the workpiece from the machine.

Do a test process and make fine adjustments if required using the gauge (1).
