CLEANING AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
6.1 Washing in the Dishwasher
In case of washing in a dishwasher, slight discoloration may
occur. This has no impact on the function of the metallic oil
fi
lter.
• Do not wash heavily soiled metallic oil
fi
lters together with the
dishes.
• Place the metallic oil
fi
lters in the dishwasher loosely or
freely standing. The metallic oil
fi
lters should be placed in the
dishwasher without any compression on them.
6.2 Manual Washing
• Soften the stains of the metallic oil
fi
lters in hot water with
dishwashing detergent.
• Use a brush for cleaning and let the liquids on the metal oil
fi
lters drain completely.
• Rinse the
fi
lters well after cleaning.
You may use a special oil solvent to remove persistent soils. You
can acquire this solvent from an authorized sales center.
ATTENTION
Thanks to the regular cleaning of metal grease
fi
lters is
prevented the risk of
fi
re that can be originated by the extreme
heat generated during frying.
6.3 Removing / Replacement of the metal grease
fi
lter
When the cooker hood is installed:
• Pull the metal grease
fi
lter downwards pressing its lock.
• To replace the
fi
lter perform the operation in reverse order
• Make sure when assembly that the
fi
lter is stable
fi
xed to the
hood’s body.
