Lift drives - Columns
The lift unit does not have limit switches. It is connected by a cable with an eight-pin connector. The maximum current
consumption is 5.5A and maximum working voltage is 24V. The value of the consumed current and supply voltage is
displayed at LINIS.
On the Eleganza 4 bed are 2 columns in 2 different types. The head column is
with
lock and connected to control unit
with 2-pin connector. The foot column is
without
lock and connected to control unit with 2-pin connector (power) and
molex connector (data
– undercarriage module). The head column is located near back rest part and foot column is
located under the leg rest area.
The columns are fixed using
two clamps
to the frame undercarriage by four screws (
18±2Nm
). The clamps are
tightened with hex screws and nut (
8±2 Nm
). The mattress platform frame is
fixed
to the columns with 5 screws and
the cable is routed in such a manner that it is not
broken
.
