INSTALLATION

MODULAR FUME HOOD

™

Standing:

1.  Place the hood on its final position.  See Figure A.23.

2.  Fasten the floor mounting plates to the floor.  See Figure A.23.

3.  It is strongly recommended to place column guards around the

legs.

4.  Connect the connection flange to an external

extraction/filtration system. For recommended extraction
capacity and pressure drop data refer to Technical
Specifications.

•

During installation, prevent any ductwork from leaning
on the roof panels.

•

The profiles, on the other hand, are strong
enough to support the duct.

INSTALLATION 

Strip brackets and welding strips

1.  Cut the welding strips to the desired length.  
2.  Fasten the welding strips in the brackets.  See

Figure A.24.

3.  Attach the brackets to the main frame profiles.  See

Figure A.25.
