TEST PROCEDURE FOR
NORMAL FIRING BOARD
OPERATION

Disconnect main AC input power to
the IDEALARC DC-600.

Locate the Firing Board on the left
side of Control Box facing the
machine.

Perform a visual inspection of the
Firing Board to see if there are any
loose or faulty connections.

Connect the correct main AC input
power to the machine.

Set the ON/OFF PUSHBUTTON to
ON.

Locate LEDs 7, 8, and 9 on the
Firing Board. See Figure F.7.
Each LED should be ON and be
equally bright. Use Table F.1 to
check the operation of each LED.
