To change the node address stored in the internal memory, open the
SIMATIC
Manager
window and press the
Assign PROFIBUS Address…
command in the
PLC\PROFIBUS
menu. The
Assign PROFIBUS Address
window will appear on
the screen.
In the
Assign PROFIBUS Address
window select the node address currently
stored in the internal memory (factory setting = 125) in the
Current PROFIBUS
Address
combo box and then select the new address you want to set in the
New PROFIBUS Address
combo box (for instance: “6”). Press the
Apply
button
and then the
OK
button to confirm.
