Definition:
This command causes the CAT 860 to return a query response packet
where the first of two <Param> characters contains the selection status set by
IICH (<0xB0>) and the second contains the value stored in the volume-level
EEPROM variable selected by the IICH (<0xB0>) command.
If the command is not received properly, the CAT 860 responds by sending a
<NACK> character.
