DIP Switch
Settings
GENERAL DEFINITIONS
OFF (LEFT) = 0, ON (RIGHT) = 1
Note:
The DIP Switches
must be set before the unit
is powered on.
Communications Mode (DIP #6)
In order to communicate with the instrument using the Modbus
protocol, DIP switch 6 must be set to ON.
Addressing (DIP 1-5)
Note:
Because Address
’0’ is reserved for RS-485
broadcast. Whenever all
of the dip switches are
OFF or when DIP switch1
is ON, the instrument
address is set to ’1’.
Table 4-2 details the addresses set by the DIP switches 1-5.
