OPENING THE CASE
1. Remove headphone bung and open CPD
2. Twist open
with coin

Pull open rear case

remove iphone from case
(no iphone for water test)

WATER TEST

Submerge underwater,
weighing it down with a coffee cup
for an hour.

After an hour, bring it out of the water
and check that it’s dry inside.

Make sure your charge port door is closed
and your headphone plug is screwed in securely

Align the front and rear cases (no phone)

Check seals are clean and in-place
on the rear case
3. Make sure the Top latch and bottom latch are
totally closed. The Easiest way to do is to put
the front flat on a table and very firmly press
all around the case, on the top and bottom.

4. Remove, dry, and look inside for moisture
5. Open charge port door and use a coin to separate case
6. If dry inside, go to Install iPhone. If wet inside, visit
