3. Install the Foot Pedals.
Connect the Left Foot Pedal (7L) to the Left Crank
(6L). Thread it into the crank assembly in the
counterclockwise direction by the tool provided.
Connect the Right Foot Pedal (7R) to the Right
Crank (6R) by threading it in the clockwise
direction.
NOTE:
The Left/Right Foot Pedals (7L/7R) and
Left/Right Cranks (6L/6R) are marked with “
L
” &
“
R
” (left and right).
4. Install the Seat Post, Seat Cushion, and Seat
Sliding Tube.
Release the Locking Knob (52) by turning it in a
counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
Pull out the Locking Knob (52) and slide the Seat
Post (10) into the bushing on the tube of the Main
Frame (1). Lock the Seat Post (10) in place by
releasing the Locking Knob (52) and sliding the
Seat Post (10) up or down slightly until the Locking
Knob (52) "pops" down into the locked position.
For added safety, tighten the Locking Knob (52) in
a clockwise direction.
NOTE: When adjusting the height of seat post,
the maximum insert depth mark line cannot
higher than the edge of bushing.
Release both M8 Nuts (70) just a little bit from
underneath of the Seat Cushion (12) by the tool
provided and then attach the Seat Sliding Tube (11)
into the hole that underneath of the Seat Cushion
(12) as shown in small drawing of figure 4.
Tighten both M8 Nuts (70) after adjustment.
Attach the U Bracket for Seat Sliding Tube (53)
with Seat Sliding Tube (11) onto the Seat Post (10)
with a D10x2 Washer (43) and M10 Round Knob
(63).
5. Install the Handlebar and Computer.
Install the Handlebar (5) to the groove of the
Handlebar Post (4). Insert the Pulse Wires (55)
into the hole on the Handlebar Post (4) and then
pull them out from the top end of the Handlebar
Post (4).
Attach the Decorate Cover (57) onto the Handlebar
(5) with a M8x65 T-Knob (56), Ø13x2x35 Spacer
(54) and D8 Washer (58). Tighten the M8x65
T-Knob (56) after adjustment.
Remove four M5x10 Bolts (71) from the Computer
(13). Connect the Pulse Wires (55) and Sensor
Wire I (49) to the wires that come from the Computer (13) and then attach the Computer (13)
onto the top end of the Handlebar Post (4) with four M5x10 Bolts (71) that were removed.
