BUTTON FUNCTIONS:
MODE:
To select each function of computer. SCAN
→
TMR
→
SPD
→
CAL
→
P
→
DIS
→
ODO.
Press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds will reset all functional values to zero
except the ODO function.
SET:
To select each function (time, calories, pulse, or distance) for target presetting.
UP:
To make upward adjustment for presetting target training time, calories, pulse, or
distance.
DOWN:
To make backward adjustment for presetting target training time, calories, pulse, or
distance.
PAUSE:
To
pause the computer, press the PAUSE button on the computer. To resume
operating the computer, press the PAUSE button again.
RESET:
Press the RESET button will reset time, calories, pulse, or distance functional
values to zero for target presetting. Press and hold the RESET button for 3
seconds will reset all functional values to zero except the ODO function.
COMPUTER FUNCTIONS:
SCAN:
Press the MODE button until SCAN appears on the screen; the computer will
automatically scan each function of TMR (TIMER), SPD (SPEED), CAL (CALORIES), P,
(PULSE), DIS (DISTANCE), and ODO (ODOMETER) in sequence with change every 6
seconds.
TMR (TIMER):
Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. When you
start pedaling, time starts counting up from 0:00 to 99:59 per 1 second increment.
You may also preset target time before training. Press the SET button to select TMR
function when it is flash and then press the UP or DOWN button to preset target time. If you
do not press the UP or DOWN button to preset target time within 4 seconds, the computer
will switch into the SCAN mode automatically. Each increment is 1 minute. Press the
RESET button to reset the target values of time to zero. The preset target time range is
from 0:00 to 99:00 minutes. When desired time is set press the SET button. Once you
preset target time and then start pedaling, time starts counting down from preset target time
to 0:00 per 1 second backward. When the preset target time counts down to 0:00, the
computer will begin beeping to remind you. Time will start to count up immediately.
SPD (SPEED):
Display the current running speed from 0.0 to 199.9 km/h.
CAL (CALORIE):
Displays the total accumulated calories burned during workout. When
you start pedaling, calorie starts counting up from 0.0 to 999.9 calories.
