Step 3

 

Wrap the High Cable (85) under a Pulley (19). 
Attach the Pulley (19) at the upper hole in the Double Floating Pulley Brackets (16) with one 
M10x45 Hexagon Head Bolt (74), one M10 Nylon Lock Nut (83), and two Ø10 Flat Washers 
(65).    Tighten bolt and nylon lock nut with two 14-17 Double Open End Wrenches provided.
