Setup
Position the pulley at a high position with the handles at
chest level. Take an overhand grip on the handles.
Position feet shoulder width apart. Keep chest out and
back straight.
Performing the Exercise
Begin with the handles at chest level, elbows bent a lit-
tle more than 90 degrees. With upper arms held firmly
against sides, push the handles down until elbows are
locked out. Slowly return to the beginning position.
