Khandvi
1) Mix the flour, curd mixture, chilli ginger paste,
turmeric powder, asafoetida, & salt very well
in a large bowl.
2) In a MWS bowl take the mixture. Select menu
& press start.
3) When beeps, spread the mixture on a smooth
kitchen platform or surface. Allow to cool for
2 or 3 minutes.
4) Slit the Khandvi lengthwise. Carefully roll out
the each strip.
5) In a MWS bowl add oil, mustard seeds &
press start. Sprinkle the seasoning, coconut &
coriander leaves.
