Dough :
120g all-purpose or bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
70ml warm water
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
plus a little for coating
Topping :
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
30g sausage, sliced (chicken sausage)
1/2 onion, sliced
2 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 fresh pepper
100g shredded Mozzarella cheese
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Knead with an electric mixer to make a smooth and elastic dough.
3. Roll dough out place the dough on the greased metal tray.
4. Spread pizza sauce. Top with toppings and cheese.
5. Choose the menu and weight press start.
