Connecting:
Connect the PENNINGVAC gauge head through the corresponding connecting cable to
the connection PM on the rear of the COMBIVAC CM 51.
Lock the plug using the knurled nut provided at the plug.
WARNING:
For utilising the connection PM, a special cable from the company Leybold
Vacuum GmbH must be used.

Analog Output and External Control (Analog Output / Extern Control)
The Connection Analog Output / Extern Control (
Figure 7, G, page 20 and Figure 8,
page 22) provides the connections of the analog outputs for the signals of the individual
measurement channels as well as the inputs for externally controlling the PENNINGVAC
gauge.
