54 Network error—communication failure between the controller
board and the network port Try one or more of the following:
• From the printer control panel, press
Continue to confirm.
• Unplug the router, then wait for 30
seconds, and then plug it back again.
•
POR the machine.
•
Update the network firmware in the printer
or print server.
55 Unsupported option card detected

Turn off the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the electrical
outlet.

Remove the unsupported option card
from the printer controller board, and
then replace it with a supported card.
