• This sandwich maker can be used
by children above eight years as well
as by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental abilities or having
no experience and/ or insufficient
knowledge, if they have been super-
vised or instructed about the safe

Children are not allowed to play with
the sandwich maker. Cleaning and
user maintenance must not be done
by children, unless they are 8 years
old or older and are supervised.
• Keep the children younger than
eight years away from sandwich

• Do not leave the sandwich maker
unattended during operation.
• Do not let the children play with
the packaging foil. They may get
caught up in it and suffocate while
playing.

During use and even after switching
off, individual parts of the sandwich
maker will be / are very hot.
• Do not leave the sandwich maker
unattended when it heats up or still
cools.
• Do not touch the hot parts of the
sandwich maker with bare fingers
during operation. Always use ther-
mally insulated cooking gloves and
oven cloth to touch the sandwich
maker and the accessories.
• Touch the sandwich maker only on
the provided gripping surfaces. Note
that the sandwich maker is still hot for
some time after switching off. Make
other users aware of the dangers.
• Do not transport and carry the
sandwich maker, as long as the
sandwich maker is still hot.
• When opening and closing the lid
and during the toasting, hot steam
can escape. Protect yourself from
the hot steam.
• Make sure there is sufficient safety
distance to all easily flammable
objects, such as Curtains and
drapes.
Always allow the sandwich maker to
cool completely before the sand-
wich maker is transported, cleaned
or stored.
NOTE!
Improper handling of the sandwich
maker can damage the sandwich
maker.
Place the sandwich maker on a
stable, even and heat-resistant
surface. In doing so, make sure that
there is a sufficient distance to strong
heat sources such as heating plates,
heating pipes and the like.
At the bottom of the sandwich
maker device feet are located. Since
the furniture surfaces are made of a
variety of materials and treated with
a variety of care products, it can not
be completely ruled out that some of
these substances contain ingredients
that attack and soften the feet of the
device If necessary, place a non-slip
pad below the sandwich maker.
