13. Warranty of
Hatex AS GmbH
You obtain a warranty of 3 years
on this appliance from the date of
purchase.
Warranty conditions
• The warranty period begins
with the purchase date. Keep the
original-receipt. It is the proof of
purchase.
• Within three years from the pur-
chase date if a material or produc-
tion fault occurs, we shall replace or
repair it free of cost according to the
option chosen by us.
• It is taken for granted that within
the specified term of three years,
the appliance as well as the receipt,
including a brief written description
of the defect shall be submitted. The
description must include the infor-
mation regarding what is the defect
and when it has occurred.
• If the defect is covered under
our warranty, you receive a new
product or we repair the defective
appliance.
• By exchanging or repairing the
product, new warranty period does
not start. Replacing or repairing the
parts of the appliance does not
extend the warranty period.
• The warranty period shall not be
extended due to the warranty.
• The damages or defects already
existing while purchasing must be
immediately notified after unpacking
the goods.
• Repairs after the expiry of the
warranty period are at the owner’s
expense.
• Material or fabrication faults are
covered under warranty.
• The parts of the products, which
are subject to normal wear and tear
and are considered as wear parts,
are not covered by guarantee. Easily
breakable or easily damageable
components like accumulators or
parts made out of glass are not
covered by warranty.
• The warranty claim expires due to
external damage to the product,
due to improper use and due to
improper maintenance. Take and
follow all information and instructions
for a proper use and proper main-
tenance of the product from the
operating manual.
• The warranty does not cover any
defects or damages, which occur as
a result of non-compliance with the
operating manual.
• Applications and activities, about
which it has been advised or warned
in the operating manual, should be
avoided in any case.
