ASSEMBLY:
CONNECTING THE WHEELS
1.
Add the 3 x normal wheels to the axel. Secure the wheels to the axel by fitting the split pins
to the holes on the axel.
The order of adding parts to the axel is: washer, wheel, washer, split pin, wheel cap.
Use pliers to separate the split pin to hold the wheel in place before adding the wheel cap,
as per the photo below.

Add the driving wheel to the car. The driving wheel has a cog on it which matches up to the
gear box.
The order of adding parts to the axel on the side of the car with the gear box is: wheel,
washer, split pin, wheel cap.
Use pliers to separate the split pin to hold the wheel in place before adding the wheel cap.
CONNECTING THE STEERING WHEEL
1.
Add 1 x washer to the steering wheel rod.
