Configuring an IP address on the switch using the CMM GUI

For IPv4

1. Install the Lenovo Flex System EN4023 10Gb Scalable Switch in the appropriate bay of the

Lenovo Flex System chassis. For more information, see

“Installing the switch”

2. Log in to the CMM using the following default user name and password settings:

User ID: USERID

Password: PASSW0RD (wherein the sixth character is a zero)

3. From the CMM GUI, navigate to Chassis Management > Component IP Configuration.

4. Select the I/O Module bay in which the switch is installed. The example in

“IO Module 3.”

The IP Address Configuration IO Module (for the selected bay) dialog box displays.

5. Select the IPv4 tab.

6. Complete the text fields as required, then click Apply.

7. Click Close to close the dialog box.
