Annex 2: Commissioning instructions
You have purchased a condensing unit with two compressors. The instructions below will guide you to its commissioning.
Equipment needed:

A spirit level

A multimeter ammeter / voltmeter

A phase controller

A set of PPE (latex gloves / leather gloves / protective mask / cotton workwear / safety shoes)

Multi-fluid electronic manifold (example: TESTO 550) with hoses equipped with service valves (4 minimum)

A vacuum meter

A vacuum pump

A scale

Valve ratchet wrench

Philips screwdriver and flat

Monkey wrench

A nitrogen cylinder

Nitrogen gas expander pressure gauge
Consumable needed

A bottle of refrigerant in the sufficient quantity

A small oil can EAL 22CC or equivalent with approval of COPELAND EMERSON
Preamble to commissioning
Please check the following:
1. That the equipment is set up level both in its longitudinal part and its depth (control it with a spirit level),
2. That the supply voltage between phase and between each phase and the neutral (400V between phase and 230V
between phase and neutral, maximum tol/- 5%),
3. That equipotential bounding to the ground according to the neutral regime,
4. That all the electrical connections of the electrical box and in particular on the terminal blocks are tight,
5. That the substation servocontrols are well wired (when the KAAS10 relay is stopped all the solenoid valves of the cold
stations must be closed),
6. That the general switch disconnector is open.
