11.2 Adjustment of the scraper

The adjustable scrapers (W1) of the rollers will be adjusted by means of nuts

(W2) or eccentric nuts (W6).

Whilst the nuts (W2) of the packer roller can be adjusted by means of a

19

mm spanner, the eccentric nuts (W6) will be adjusted by a 24 mm span-

ner.

Before adjusting the eccentric nut, the corresponding screw (W7) will be loo-

sened by means of a 19 mm spanner and after adjustment tightened again.

The scrapers of the rubber ring rollers are provided with slotted holes, which

enable a re-adjustment.
