5.3.5 Install the Control Box
5.3.5.1 Install the Control Box – General
For installation of a concentrate feeder with Qwes LD identification refer
to
‘ Install the control box – Qwes LD identification ’ (see page 5-11).
Parts
•
1x Control box.
•
2x Bolt M8x13, washer and cap nut.
• 2x Carriage bolt M8x16, washer and cap nut.
Installation
1. Put the control box (1) (see figure 21 on page 5-11) on the brackets
between the front portal and the rear portal, with the CE-plate on the
rear and the cable throughput on the front.
2. Open the cover of the control box.
3. Loosen the bolts that tighten the two strips on the cable throughput.
4. Feed the earthing cable, from the control box, through the cable
throughput.
5. Install a carriage bolt (2) through the hole in the bottom of the
control box and the strip on the front portal.
6. Install the cable shoe (3) from the earthing cable with a washer (4) and
a cap nut (5) on the carriage bolt.
7. Install the control box on the bracket on the rear portal with two
bolts, washers and cap nuts.
8. Install the control box on the bracket on the front portal with two
carriage bolts, washers and cap nuts.
9. Close the cover of the control box.
