This procedure requires a minimum of two persons.
1. Connect the two parts of the M-box (see figure 27 on page 5-19).
2. Install a M8×45 bolt (1), a washer (2) and a cap nut (3) at both upper
and lower side.
3. Remove the two bolts (1) , washers (2,5), the bushings (3,4) and the
cap nuts (6) from the M-box hinge (see figure 28 on page 5-20).
4. Install the small washers (2) and steel bushings (3) on the two bolts (1).
5. Loosely install the M-box between the side fences with the two bolts
with washers (1,2), the bushings (3,4), the large washers (5) and the
cap nuts (6).
6. Determine the installation positions on the M-box for the four clamps
(4) (see figure 29 on page 5-21).
7. Loosely install the four clamps (4) on the M-box with bolts (6), washers
(3,5) and nuts (2).
8. Position the bracket (1) into the four clamps (4). Make sure the
bracket is fully inserted into the clamps.
9. Tighten the bolts (6) on the four clamps. Make sure there is no play in
the connections.
10. Position the bracket (3) (see figure 31 on page 5-22) on the rear
portal.
11. Install the bracket on the rear portal with the pipe clamps (7),
carriage bolt (1), plate (5) and cap nut (6). Make sure to install the
pipe clamps with nuts and cap nuts.
12. Feed the sensor cables into the control box through the tube of the
bracket.
13. Install the sensors (2,4). Make sure:
•
the sensors are positioned in such a way that the sensor lights can
be seen through the slits in the bracket.
•
the top of the sensor (orange surface) is flush with the locking nut
to avoid damage during operation.
•
the cables are not hanging loose outside the bracket.
•
the cables can not be pinched.
•
to connect the sensors to connector J603 on the ADS3830 PCB (In5
(up), In6 (down), gnd and 24V).
14. Install the cover plates (4) (see figure 32 on page 5-23) with the bolts
(2) and nuts (5).
15. Position the air pressure ON / OFF valve (3) in the hole of the cover
