7. Care of the Device

Cleaning the Touch screen

Clean the touch screen regularly with a soft cloth
or a soft cloth with neutral detergent or alcohol.

Caution:

When contaminated by chemicals or other
substances, wipe them off immediately with
caution not to cause injury to the human
body.

Unplug the power supply before performing
cleaning and maintenance work!
Protect electrical components from moisture!

7.1 Dust Cover

Note:

To protect against dust, cover the device and
accessories with the dust cover after each use.

7.2 Cleaning

Cleaning Coated Parts

Dust and loose dirt particles can be removed with
a soft brush or lint-free cotton cloth.

Clinging dirt can be cleaned with all commercial-
ly available water solutions, benzene or alcohol.
For cleaning coated parts, use a linen or leather
cloth that is moistened with one of these sub-
stances.

Acetone, xylene or nitro-containing thinner
can harm the device and thus may not be
used.
