Electric motor does not start
when ignition switch is moved to
START position.
Mains 230V cable is not
connected to network.
Engine/electric motor selector
switch at platform is in engine
position.
Emergency stop switch is
pushed down
Battery disconnect switch is in
”OFF” position.
Empty start battery.
Fuse inside the connection box
is broken. The fuses are at the
end of the terminal base.
Connect 230V mains, min. 16A
wall socket fuse. Make sure that
the socket is electrified.
Move switch to electric motor
position
Release emergency stop by
turning it counterclockwise
Move to ON position.
Charge by connecting the cable
to 230V mains, or change
battery if necessary.
Replace fuse
– if the fuse blows
again, find out the reason.
Electric motor stops suddenly
during operation.
Power failure.
Emergency stop button
accidentally pushed down
Electric motor thermal overload
relay (F1) in connection box
has gone off.
Connection fault in mains or
12V wiring.
Lower the booms by using
emergency lowering. Check that
there is current in mains.
Release emergency stop and
restart.
Wait for approx. 2 min. and start
the motor
– the relay will return
to ON automatically. Find out
the reason for overload.
Check voltages and wirings.
Movements don’t work even
though the engine/electric motor
is running.
Function selector switch at
platform in wrong position.
Failure in hydraulic system
–
e.g. hydraulic pump broken
Overload on platform.
Turn the switch to correct
position.
Check hydraulic pressure .
If there is no pressure check
function of hydraulic pump and
the coupling between engine
and pump.
Remove overload.
Engine/electric motor stops
when booms are lifted from
transport support.
Outriggers are not correctly
deployed down to support
position
– green indicator lamp
is not lit.
Lower the booms down to
transport supports with
emergency lowering, restart the
engine/motor and deploy the
outriggers properly so that the
green indicator lights up.
