CHANGING BELT DIRECTION

To change the direction of the conveyor belt, locate the two-position switch with identifying label at the backside of the
cook chamber. Set the switch to your desired direction.

A. This appliance is equipped with an ignition device which automatically lights the burner. DO NOT try to light the burner
by hand.
B. BEFORE OPERATING, smell around the appliance for gas. Be sure to smell next to the floor, because some gas is heavier
than air and will settle on the floor.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
Do not light any appliance.
Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your building.
Immediately call your gas supplier outside of your building. Follow the gas supplier’s instructions. If you cannot
reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
To Turn ON Gas to Appliance
1. STOP! Read the safety information above.
2. Locate external gas valve and ensure it has been set to on position.
3. Turn on power to appliance and turn on appliance control at Power button.
4. Press Fan button on control to turn on burners.
5. If appliance begins to heat up, proceed to next step. If appliance does not heat up, turn off power to appliance and wait
five minutes to clear out any gas. If, after five minutes, you smell gas, STOP! Follow B in the safety information above.
If you do not smell gas, repeat steps 3 and 4. If appliance does not heat up after the three attempts, call your service
technician.
6. Set control Set Point to desired temperature.
To Turn OFF Gas to Appliance
1. Turn off appliance at Power button.
2. Locate external gas valve and set to off position.
