If either left or right doors are opened, machine operation is possible but the pressing beam will
only operate in slow speed while the side door remains open. When this situation occurs, mid-
stroke on down movement, the operator is required to release the down switch control and
operate the down control switch again to move the pressing beam again; however the press
will only operate in crawl speed under this condition. If the either of these doors is then closed
in mid-stroke, the operator is again required to release the down control switch, which will then
allow normal operation of the press brake by the operator. Details of these conditions appear

Three inputs are available for monitoring the level or parallelism of the pressing beam between
the left side or Y1 axis and the right side or Y2 axis of the press brake. These connections are
shown above in
