13. Software Tools & Diagnostics

To restore a configuration file:

Open the Configuration backup & restore home page as before, but this time on the replacement unit.

When you restore a configuration, you will override all of the device's RAVENNA settings. Therefore, make
sure that you are connected to the correct unit before performing a restore!

Click on the

Browse

button, select the backup file and then click on

Open

The selected file appears in the

Configuration restore

file selection field.

Select

Upload

to begin the restore.

Once the upload is complete, the device will automatically restart.

Re-open the Landing page to check the restored settings.
