Remove the lever, ITEM 1 FIG . 14, and the brush, ITEM 3 FIG .14, paying attention to the direction of the bristles .
Remove any filamentous debris that may have rolled up to the brush.
Slide the brush, ITEM 3 FIG .14, into the housing, lift it up slightly, press it down and rotate it until it locks into
place .
Reassemble the components, ITEM 12B ITEM 12c and ITEM 12A . Close the cover, ITEM 10 FIG . 3, and stabilise
the closure by tightening the knob, ITEM 11 FIG . 2 .
CHAPTER 21 - ADJUSTING THE WASHING SOLUTION NOZZLE UNIT
BEFORE PROCEEDING, MOVE THE KEY SWITCH, ITEM H FIG. 2, INTO THE OFF
POSITION AND REMOVE THE KEY.
DISCONNECT THE NEGATIVE CURRENT CABLE (BLACK) OF THE DRIVE WHEEL ITEM 4 FIG. 15 AND ISOLATE
THE LUG WITH ADHESIVE TAPE .
Re-insert the ignition key, ITEM H FIG . 2, and turn it to the “ON” position .
Turn the switch, ITEM E FIG. 2, into position (ON1)
Turn the switch, ITEM B FIG . 2, into the highest dispensing mode - 3 LITRES/MINUTE
Select the forward direction using the selector, ITEM I FIG . 2, and press the advancement pedal ITEM 14 FIG . 3 .
At this point:
-the washing unit is lowered
-the brush activates
-the solution starts to come out
Being assisted by a second operator, manually push the machine forward so that the front flap, ITEM 3 FIG. 15,
is lowered to the floor.
Check that the jet of both nozzles is directed at the angle formed by the floor plane and the front rubber, ITEM
1 and 2 FIG . 15A .
Hold the nozzle unit in place, ITEM 1 FIG . 15, and tighten the screw, ITEM 2 FIG . 15 .
Turn the ignition key, ITEM H FIG. 2, into the "OFF" position and remove it.
Reconnect the negative (BLACK) cable to the drive wheel, ITEM 4 FIG. 15.
