EMPTYING THE TANK
When the recovery tank is full, indicated on the panel of the control panel, the light indicator, ITEM A FIG . 2, will
come on . In addition, the machine will interrupt the operation of all devices except the forward/back movement .
Operation to be performed with protective gloves and goggles to protect against any
accidental splashes
To stop the cleaning operations, or if the recovery tank is full, turn the washing unit on/off switch, ITEM E FIG.
2, to the "OFF" position. The brush and the solution flow turn off automatically, while the washing unit returns
to the raised position .
Turn the switch, ITEM F FIG. 2, to the "OFF" position. The floor squeegee lifts and the suction
switches off.
Perform this operation only after continuing to dry for a few meters, thus ensuring that
the residual solution discharged from the washing unit is collected completely.
Take the machine to a designated AREA for the DISPOSAL of dirty water and empty the recovery tank .
To empty, remove the drain hose, ITEM 27 FIG . 3, from its rear housing, hand tightening the rubber end
positioned just below the cap, then remove the cap and accompany the hose to the disposal area .
Once the recovery tank emptying procedure is completed, tighten the cap making sure it is tightly closed and
reposition the hose in its housing .
If the light indicating tank full (ITEM A FIG. 2) is still on, position the key selector (ITEM H FIG. 2) on OFF and
repeat the machine start-up procedure (see para. "CLEANING OPERATIONS").
Refill the clean water tank for the washing solution and resume cleaning operations.
AFTER USE
At the end of the cleaning operation, press the switch to activate/deactivate the washing unit, ITEM E and ITEM
F FIG. 2, to lift, retract and stop all the systems of the machine: brush, floor squeegee, suction system and
solution and detergent dispensing system .
Move the machine to a service area for daily checks and other necessary maintenance .
Empty the recovery tank (see para. "EMPTYING THE TANK").
