Battery is flat.
Replace the battery in the controller.

No radio contact between controller and
shower toilet
Open the WC cover and then press the controller.
Check whether there is a battery in the controller and it is
inserted correctly. If so, please insert a new battery. If the
controller still does not work, it may be faulty. Please contact
Laufen customer services and have the remote control ready.

Message on remote control: “Control-
ler: Ready to connect.
Press reset button on shower toilet”
The controller has established radio
contact with the shower toilet.
Briefly press the reset button located under the appliance on
the left. Then immediately press the controller.

Water temperature is low.
Heater is deactivated.
Press “General settings” on the remote control and set
economy mode to ECO or ON.

Air purifier is deactivated.
Press “Shower settings” on the remote control and
activate the “Air purifier”. Save the setting in the basic
profile or the corresponding user profile.

Shower jet is weak or water does not
come out.
Intensity setting of shower jet too low.
Increase the intensity of the shower jet using the
remote control or turn the controller
forwards during showering. Save the setting in the basic profile
or the corresponding user profile.

Nozzle is calcified or blocked
Initiate a descaling cycle on the shower toilet. Descale or
replace the nozzle.

Rear shower used too frequently in suc-
cession with a high jet intensity
Please wait at least ten minutes until the rear shower can
be used normally again.
Shower arm does not move back.
Shower toilet is faulty.
Briefly press the reset button located under the appliance on
the left. If the shower arm does not respond, push it back
carefully by hand. Please contact Laufen customer services
and have the remote control ready.

Lowering system for the seat and cover
unit does not function.
Damper is faulty.
Please contact Laufen customer services and have the remote
control ready.
Red LED indicator light is permanently
illuminated.
Indication that maintenance is due
(replace carbon filter, perform thermal
cleaning or descaling, replace batteries in
remote control or controller).
Observe the service information on the remote control and fol-
low the procedure suggested.
Red LED indicator light flashes.
A fault has occurred on the shower toilet
and the internal correction function was
not able to rectify the issue.
