submenu opens.

Define suitable values for the safe operation of your process. To do so,
carry out the settings listed below:
Switch the [Safe Mode function] off or on:
Slide switch set to [No]: Safe Mode is not available, the
Safe Mode
tile is disabled. Safe Mode cannot be activated manually or by
alarms or interfaces.
Slide switch set to [Yes]: Safe Mode is in standby mode. The
Safe Mode
tile is active.
Keep or change the [set point]:
Slide switch set to [Unchanged]: The Tset temperature set point
defined before Safe Mode was activated is kept and the constant
temperature equipment continues operating with this value.
Slide switch set to [Change]: When Safe Mode is activated, the
constant temperature equipment sets the new Tset temperature set
point which is stored here with the next option.
Enter [set point]; this value defines the Tset temperature set point for
Safe Mode.
Keep or change the [control variable]:
Slide switch set to [Unchanged]: The control variable used prior to
activating Safe Mode is kept.
Slide switch set to [Internal]: When Safe Mode is activated, the
constant temperature equipment sets the
Internal
control variable.
Specify [Timout]; this value defines the duration in seconds within which
a contact must be made via the connection to the control station
(timeout 1 to 60 seconds, 0 = monitoring disabled).
If the interval is exceeded, the monitoring system triggers an alarm and
the constant temperature equipment switches to Safe Mode.
