
Verify that all brake cables and hardware are functional, securely fastened and in
good condition.

Inspect and clean air filter elements.

Grease all wheel hubs.

Inspect all belts for cracks, wear, or damage; replace as needed.

Verify proper installation, operation, and flow of grass chute.

Inspect entire Articulator for loose or entangled parts, debris, obstructions, mis-
placed tools, or any other possible safety hazards, equipment hazards or projectile
hazards. Clean off decks of any dirt, grease, or oil.

Depending on current cutting conditions, brush out and clean the radiators and
hood grills periodically during the day to ensure proper flow of cooling air.

Check each deck hinge for compacted grass

Clean and gauge wheels to reset the bearing pre-loads. (Reference Service Bulletin
SB-0149)
5.3 First 50 Operating Hours

Change engine oil and filter.

Change the hydraulic oil and filter.

Change gearbox lubrication with proper oil for your gearbox.
5.4 Every 50 Operating Hours

Inspect engine fuel lines and clamps. Replace as needed.

Grease all blade spindle bearing housings. Fill until grease purges from weep hole
in bearing housing.

Inspect all bushings for wear. Replace as needed.
