10.33 GROUP TEMPERATURE OFFSET
by default, the water temperature that comes out from the coffee group is 5°c more
of the temperature detected by the coffee group temperature probe.
It is possible to change this value by the oFFsET function:
Press the uP/down arrow once to highlight the oFF sET icon, then press the oK but-
ton, the display will show:
use the up or Down arrow buttons to select the desired correction value, then press
the oK button to store it and return to the main menu.
