9 DISPENSING STEAM
Warning!
This is only possible with the boiler switched on.
1.
Insert the steam wand (1) into a jug containing the drink to be heated.
2.
Turn the steam knob (3) anticlockwise.
3.
after heating the drink, turn the knob (3) clockwise to stop the steam flow.
4.
remove the jug from the steam wand (1) and clean the wand immediately with a wet sponge to remove all residues of the heated
drink.
Attention!
Do not turn the knob 3 to deliver steam before inserting the steam wand 1 into the pitcher in order to prevent possible
burns.
Take note!
The hot water can be delivered in manual or automatic way (see the programming menu page 21).
