The solar panels are held in place by a spring loaded pin, on a dial.
The dial is located on the back end of the trailer, at the pivot point of
the solar panels.
5.
Once you pull the spring loaded pin,
use 2 people to rotate the panels
facing outward in the
Work Mode
position for each solar panel array.
6.
You are now ready to deploy the elevated solar panel array. Start by
pulling the spring loaded locking pins on each side of the panel array
and twist to hold pin in the open position.
7.
Crank the winch clockwise to extend the solar
panels and twist each locking pin back into
their closed position so they will snap in place
once the mast is fully elevated.
8.
Continue cranking the winch clockwise until both pins fully snap in
place.
NOTE: Ensure cables have enough slack and do not get
caught on anything while panel mast is being elevated!
9.
Lock the panels in place using the support legs.
The support legs are located on
the bed of the trailer for
transport. These legs simply
unlatch and pin to the bottom of
each solar panel array and
trailer.
10.
Once installed, the trailer is ready to be powered on.
