Gateway

DNS
addresses. Coordinate with your
IT professional if you need more information.
If you want the meter to return to using a unique (dynamically-assigned) IP
address instead click the
Disable
button.
Step 4.
Reboot the meter for these settings to take effect.

If you entered a DNS address as directed in 13.2.1, this process is not necessary.
Step 1.
Obtain the IP address of your mail server. Coordinate with your local IT
professional for assistance, if needed.
Step 2.
On your 831C, go to
Tools

System Properties
to the
tab.
Step 3.
Enter the IP address of your mail server as the
Hostname
.
Step 4.
Complete all other fields on the Email tab, then click
Send Test Email
.
