We herewith declare , that the incomplete machine described below

satisfies the basic requirements of machinery directive 2006/42/EC as far as possible within the
context of the scope of delivery.
In addition, we declare that the special technical documentation has been prepared in accordance
with Annex VII
Part B of this guideline.
The incomplete machine also meets the requirements of Directives 2014/35/EU regarding electrical
equipment and 2014/30/EU regarding electromagnetic compatibility.
We undertake to submit, via our documentation department, the special documents for t he
incomplete machine to the market supervisory authorities upon justified request.
The incomplete machine must not be put into service until the final machinery/plant into which it is
to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC on
machinery and until the EC Declaration of Conformity according to Annex II A is issued.
